At ECD Lacrosse, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return or exchange unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely protected for transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
